I don’t have my insurance card with me, can I still receive treatment?

Yes! We offer affordable cash pay options for our patients. If you have insurance we will work with you to get the appropriate information.

How much will my copayment be?

Your copayment amount is affected by multiple factors. It depends on your insurance coverage and if you have a deductible to meet. Your copay amount is determined at the time we run your insurance card. If you have questions you may call the office prior to your appointment.

What is your new patient procedure?

New patients should arrive at least 15 minutes before their appointment to complete any paperwork. When you arrive simply check in with the front office staff. Please have your ID, Insurance card, and payment method with you at the time of check in.
